Is it Wax? Is it Plastic?

Whatever it is, it’s Posh!

Desi tourists are thrilled to get ringside seats to the one of the best Anglo-American acts on the planet: the gradual metamorphosis of a British pop tart into an American waxwork figure.

Dekho Mummy, phoren auntie is wearing Anarkali jeans! Mainu bhi chahiye!”

Puttar, jab tu bhi David Beckham se shaadi kar legi, tab apne sasural mein pehen lena! Tab tak tere liye Anarkali salwar kameez hi theek hain.”

Oh, to watch women become mannequins now that April is here.

if posh’s were anarkali jeans, are rihanna’s chudidar jeans?

The expression on the tourist lady’s face is fantastic! More celebrity spotting snark please! Makes for a fun read!
    Actually, just more snark šŸ™‚

DG – that thing scared me to bits!

Sidekick – hee hee šŸ™‚ she’s actually kind of likable in interviews and I have nothing but sympathy for her for being married to that man (however lovely he might be to look at) but her persona makes me want to drop a brick on her head. … re: rihanna, I immediately thought: MC Hammer pants! But churidhar is exactly right!

M – isn’t she awesome! You know it totally made her day to see Posh on the streets! Oh, and coming right up!

I know!! Can you imagine idiots queuing to kiss that mannequin? I loved the bit in that article where the writer goes, “it is so sad when a plastic doll looks more life-like than the real person”. Truer words have never been spoken!

Dg – not a fan then? šŸ˜€ What really surprises me about Posh is her fan following. I was trying to think someone comparable and I couldn’t. She really is unique.
